Configure a firebase project for a blog. Few plugins in the template depend on Firebase Services, i.e. Realtime Database for Post Views Counter, etc. Therefore, if you wish to use any of these plugins, you need to have a Firebase Project configured with the blog template. Creating a Firebase Project If you have already an existing Firebase Project created earlier, you can use it and skip the steps for creating newer one which is described below. Go to Firebase Console . Click + Create a project and follow the prompts to create a project. You can name your project anything you want. Once the project is created, navigate to Project settings. Under General > Your apps , click on </> Web and follow the prompts to create a Web app in the project. You have now created a Firebase Project for Web Applications.
